Before you submit the information please do the following:

  • Scan all logbooks by using a scanner phone app, or take pictures of each page.
  • Take high quality pictures of the airplane. At least 5 pictures of the interior and 10 pictures of the exterior from 45 degree positions, and one picture of the panel.
  • Upload all pictures into a folder in online file share service of your choice (Google Drive, Dropbox etc.) Share the folder and get the link. Provide the access link in the form below.

Paste the link of the folder that contains logbook scans and aircraft pictures.
Please provide a detailed description of the aircraft. How long you have owned it? How often it flew. Is it hangared (covered or closed)?
Please be as detailed as you can. List avionics, and all modifications, including to the engine or air frame.
Please provide any damage history especially if any repairs were noted in the logbook.
